great product. This handy compact scanner works well great product. This handy compact scanner works well. I use this quite frequently without issue (most of the time). The only challenge that i've run into is when I change WIFI networks. This gets a little tricky and the product needs to be set up again. Brother should make this easier to change networks since people are often on the go and interact with several WIFI networks
I like it cause I'm able to do my scanning I like it cause I'm able to do my scanning, I do not like the loud beeping it does and it's very time consuming.

Tiny footprint, quick and easy to use with intuitive software Wow! I have needed a duplexing, multi-document feeding scanner for a while now. The cost had been prohibitive. But this little device is the answer for me. Once set up, this scanner is just awesome. I did have to download the drivers for my Macs (running OS 10.6. & El Capitan) and Surface Pro 3 (Windows 10), but getting the WiFi operational with the USB connection (with one of my Macs) was pretty simple. After 2 weeks of use, it started to pull ... After 2 weeks of use, it started to pull paper to one side and become jammed. I believe other reviewers have also mentioned this. It happens about 5% of the time, so I am not sure if I am going to keep it.
Get it! Followed the instruction and took me less than 5 min to get the wireless connection and software to work flawlessly. It scans fast, clear, and the software is easy to use. UPDATE: 05/31/2018 I've been using this product for over 3+ months now and I've learned that for the best result please make sure to level the scanner. Uneven surface could lead to paper jam and just be sure to pull papers backwards. If your papers are wrinkled or teared up badly on the edge then you may need a pair of scissors to trim off the edge... read more
