This company legally preys on the poor, predatory lending at its finest. I had a loan with them and fell behind to the point I knew I couldn’t catch up, I tried calling to work out a plan, they even advertised that due to Covid they were working with there customers, which ultimately ended up Being a load of crap, they don’t work with you they won’t work with you so I gave up and now I’m being taking to court. And they never attempted to work with me!
I've never gotten a loan from them only cashed checks. So imagine my surprise when I log in to look into there flex loan and am told I have an outstanding balance. I go to the Pulaski location and am told there no loan in my name but my social security number is linked to another person. In the last 2 months I've called the corporate number sent the verification proof they asked for showing that I'm not the person linked to my social in their system. High Interest rate they charge 97 % interest I get a loan of 300. I'll pay already 373. And still have a balance of 296.its a rip off

This place is a predatory loan tried paying 300 dollars towards the principle to pay off the loan faster all they did was add it towards the other payments still leaving me stuck with the full loan and payments still the same I had to pay the full loan off to get out of it and thank God I did . They prey on people they know won't be able to pay off the loan so no matter how much you pay on the principal it won't do you no good unless you pay the full amount of the loan. Immoral shady and crooked business. Wait 4 years after taking and returning a payment. I thought was paid. Then 4 years later was served papers. I'm on social security. I was saving alittle each month out of my check to pay over 800 medical bill. They took my 500 savings that was transfered from checking that was from social security.
