According to the store your check never clears the bank so you can never get more money out of our flex loan. They will hang up on you, not talk to you. Very unprofessional employees

I got this loan in 2019, it was for $1300.00. I have already paid over $6000.00 for this loan and they are saying i still owe them. I have been in the hospital because of blockage in my heart and didnt have money to do a payment, AF told me to borrow the money from and friend and then proceeded to take money out of my bank account which in turn made my bank account go negetive. I got a loan from this company years ago been paying it back faithfully,i have paid this loan 10 plus times over,no discounts for early payoffs,i am completely disgusted with this company and feel something should be done about the robberies going on here.some relief based on the money ive paid out would be a blessing all my payments atleast be reported as a good standing payments, but if i default,you wil make sure my credit suffers.
NEVER do business with them! I had a loan for $2,467 over a period of 2 years I paid them $12,098. They would take money from my account within days of each draft leaving me broke and with overdraft fees etc. I faced foreclosure and went without eating due to them wiping out my account. I tried to contact them at the beginning of the pandemic to ask for help with interest rate and close my account. I was told there was nothing they could do, that I have to let the loan default. I got a Loan a few years ago for $800. After a few months of paying I noticed that instead of my balance going down it only went up! Even when I paid more than the minimum payment it kept going up. After a few months I had to stop paying because they put my bank $500 negative because I couldn't keep up with the interest. Now they are taking me to court to try to get $3000 from me. After reviewing my contract they are charging me 279.50% apr. I don't see how this is legal when the legal limit in Tennessee is 29.99%

They have been taking my money for months keep saying that I owe the same amount each month even though some months I have been paying double on my account, they missed a month on my account now they saying that I owe more because of the interest rate, they are scammers if anything they owe me money and I didn't borrow that much money to still be paying on this account.
