You sign a contract and the contract is not even remotely to what actually happens. I have had 3 weeks straight of payments of $275 coming out of my account when it is supposed to be biweekly. My account says it's current online and then i get calls saying it is not. Your principle balance never comes down. I paid over $700 in 3 weeks and my principle balance continued to increase. Absolutely horrible company to borrow money from. Their thinking of settling a debt is only taking off a couple hundred dollars and still charging you thousands in interest. They will not work with you on a settlement and if you **** them off they'll send your debt right on over to a law firm to collect the debt. Terrible experience. I do not recommend I honestly think they should not even be in business either and I think it should be illegal to charge a 225% interest rate! I applied for a loan over a week ago and gave them every document they asked for and they are still a week later reviewing my documents and they don't bother responding back at all. These people should not be allowed to be in business.

Please be warned that this Business charges almost $400.00 every two weeks for handling fees. Out of an almost $500.00 payment around $60.00 goes to principal and around $40.00 goes to interest. The rest goes straight to their fees making it very hard to pay the debt down. I called and spoke with someone and they were very shady with how they answered my questions on the breakdown of the money and my payment. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had more difficulty dealing with a lender. I have a medical condition that caused me to be unable to make payments for an extended period of time. Dealing with them made it worse. I have been a good customer and unlike other lenders they do not offer any relief for medical emergencies. This loan almost doubled in a short period of time due to the interest accumulating. I should have never used them and was warned about them. They set me up on auto pay and assured me that it would be easy as paying it from my phone and I would only have to login to pay if the funds weren't already available each time it was supposed to Auto draft. Was concerned that I needed to pay it down and went by there in person where I was told that an auto draft had just came out days before and that I was not delinquent and I shouldn't worry about it unless I wanted to pay down the balance. This company is a joke I should have looked into it more they take multiple Withdrawals and leave you broke all the time they are nice when they help you in the beginning but they will screw you over multiple times they do not help you over the phone DO NOT USE them they are a joke they will slowly kill your means to leave

I will never use this lender again, I had wondered why my payments were raised a few months back. There reason was they had increased my line of credit with out my knowledge. I put a stop payment on any transactions from Advance and they continue to take money from my account after me telling them I no longer am allowing any withdrawals or transactions from them. I will be seeking legal actions against this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've had 4 loans through them and all of them were put directly on my debit card. The last loan somehow got put through as an ACH, so here we are 4 days later and there is still no money in my account. They are telling me I am responsible for 4 days of interest when I don't even have money in my account. They can not explain as to why the money was not directly deposited on my debit card like it was the prior times. They were not willing to do anything to remove this. I will neve... read more
