I was approved for $1200, i got the money and used it as intended but when it came to refunding the money back i can't seem to able to reduce a significant potion of the principle amount. When i couldn't pay being a student and all the interest kept raacking up, can you believe i now owe them $2107. How did it get this bad. I barely think i can afford to pay that much, while im barely able to pay my own tuition fee. These guys aren't the best if you can't pay the whole money back in a single payment its all or nothing for th... read more

AF sent not one, but two “pre-approved” letters (within 4 months) quoting I’ve been approved for $4,000. I’m not super desperate for the cash, but a few extra bucks wouldn’t hurt. I applied and was approved for $1,750 - less than what they originally told me in the letters. AF asked for additional documents, such as bank verification, 2 most recent paycheck stubs, and ID. I submitted all requested docs, and the site advised they’re reviewing and preparing my agreement to sign. Two hours later, I get an email regarding a deci... read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This company is scamming people and they are vague about how they calculate payments and they charge an insane percentage rate they should be shut down and taken to court this is a scandal!

This company consistently provides subpar customer service. Despite repeated assurances of timely follow-up, I have not received a call back from customer service representatives. Numerous text and email notifications have indicated approval, but I have been unable to withdraw the approved amount. I have submitted multiple copies of verification documentation, yet I have only received an answer almost a month later, confirming that I was not approved. The company appears to have a lack of competent representatives and insuff... read more

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. I have been trying to access my line of credit for days now and all I need to do is change my phone number. Either I'm left on hold forever or I get to chat feature that says they cannot help me. I have sent several emails and received no response. I'm not asking for anything other than to change my phone number so that I can access my account. This company has zero customer service and cares none about their customer. On top of charging insane interest rates you can't get a h... read more

I took out a loan for $1000 in the beginning of November. I have it set up on autopay and wasn’t really paying attention but then it became noticeable when my biweekly bill became $200. I went and looked at my account and every bill shows a “Required Principal Deduction” I’m not sure where that $15 goes every month but they have been adding my interest to my balance then in a way refinancing it every time I make a payment which means my principal balance that they charge interest on goes up! I started getting (owing) $1000 t... read more

I cannot get these people to answer or return calls. I cannot log into my account and there is no one to help with it. I just called my bank to have them stop payment until this is settled. Their phone options always lead back to the same place and are not valid. I.e. you can never get a real person. The “dial extension” numbers are also not valid. I can get the same name with different extensions. No one calls. I want the product the loan is for but cannot even make additional payments on the loan.

I paid off my account and they charged me interest for the two days it took for the bank to credit it on their end. Even though it clears my account immediately. All money paid goes on interest and only a dollar goes on principal.
