I am not sure how it is legal for this company to still be in business. I have told them numerous times to take my account off of auto draft and they have not done it, they continue to draft my bank account after my wishes. Their predatory fees are extremely high and I was not told I would have to pay bi-weekly cause of my paychecks. I wished I saw these reviews. Needed a quick loan and I applied I was approved but never receive the money. I didn’t initiate an ach it did automatically, my bank said they don’t see any pending transactions and my balance goes up daily due to interest. ITS BEEN A WEEK I DIDNT RECEIVE THE MONEY BALANCE GOING UP. I found another loan same day and longer interested

Run!!! I opened my account in December payments are supposed to be $162 I am one payment behind and now my payments range from $207- $230 like why. Not only that but they charge me $30 for late fees how when you draft from my account!! That's on you. My payments are never the same amount, like this is crazy. I refuse to put my debit card on here. Because if you have my bank account than payment shouldn't be late. The balance isn't decreasing either. Singed up for this thinking it was a good deal and I needed the cash. Been using them for a few months. Reviewed my account because my balances should be going down, but they are not. they have been taken over $200 from every checking but only apply $15 towards the loan., that is $370 a month on a $3k loan. This has to be illegal and I am looing into it. There is not way I am going to continue to pay that much interest. Stay Away!

I was approved for $1200, i got the money and used it as intended but when it came to refunding the money back i can't seem to able to reduce a significant potion of the principle amount. When i couldn't pay being a student and all the interest kept raacking up, can you believe i now owe them $2107. How did it get this bad. I barely think i can afford to pay that much, while im barely able to pay my own tuition fee. AF sent not one, but two “pre-approved” letters (within 4 months) quoting I’ve been approved for $4,000. I’m not super desperate for the cash, but a few extra bucks wouldn’t hurt. I applied and was approved for $1,750 - less than what they originally told me in the letters. AF asked for additional documents, such as bank verification, 2 most recent paycheck stubs, and ID. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This company is scamming people and they are vague about how they calculate payments and they charge an insane percentage rate they should be shut down and taken to court this is a scandal!

This company consistently provides subpar customer service. Despite repeated assurances of timely follow-up, I have not received a call back from customer service representatives. Numerous text and email notifications have indicated approval, but I have been unable to withdraw the approved amount.
