This company has already farted around over 3 weeks getting a part for my mom’s fridge. Shes paid close to 2k and a diabetic is still wout a fridge. The part came in only for them to sit on it a week and then discover the part came in broken so that started the entire waiting game over again. She has no way to keep anything cool. Just crazy to me.
This company is a scam ! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Please ! please ! do not chance it with this company. Go with a BBB accredited company. ( Better Business Bureau rated ) I had a tech come out and diagnose my washer machine and give me a quote for $400 to fix my washer machine. They came and changed the part and left. By being honest up front on the phone, they say the service charge is built into the fee but not so they will rob you and laugh in your face

The repair man have come out 3 time first time Eric, 2nd time Will third time Eric , first time Eric said I would not have any trouble. This last time Eric said that he did all he could do and the problem is still going on, he said freezer build up ice on the walls is due to humidity. So my problem is still the same. Sorry but I am very disappointed with advanced.
