My wife tells me that she had a horrible experience with a technician. She says that he was very threating toward her and our Nanny regarding payment. Charged over $100 to look at our dryer with no resulotion. Waiting to hear back from them now.
I would not recommend this company to anyone needing repair service. I had an an appointment set up tech doesn’t show so I call the office so said he tried to call me three times but I have no missed calls. Instead of sending to tech back out or reschedule they tell me to find someone closer!!
