RecommendedIt is SO hard to find good repair services this day and time ... ones you do not have to worry about taking advantage of you, letting them in you house without concern ... etc. I was so impressed and had that feeling of comfort with Technician Jacob's professionalism ... have to give these guys a 5+ STAR rating !!!😀

Awesome service!!! I had two repairman who were professional and kind and repaired my refrigerator in a timely manner!!! Very pleased.... definitely recommend!!!
Called one morning about my refrigerator that wasn't cooling and the technician was there within the time frame given. He was very upfront and explained everything out. I will definitely be calling them back to fix my washer.

Eric and his team of servicemen exemplify true customer service. They are timely, thorough, friendly and trustworthy. I know the owner personally (Eric Chaput) and can vouch for his character and integrity.
Eric, their technician was as knowledgeable, prompt and courteous as any I have met. He diagnosed and fix my problem in less than an hour with new parts.
Jason was very professional and finished in a timely fashion. Office was very personable kept me up to date on the parts arrival. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Fixed my dryer in 30 min and was super helpful. Explained everything and gave great advice
Courteous and professional. Eric actually called to ask if it was okay for him to come early! I was expecting to wait all afternoon and it was done before 1:00. The charge was reasonable and the dishwasher has been working great ever since.
