Everyone was very nice, very professional. I was pleased with all aspects of my visit.
Overall visit was good. Not an option for question 1. Biggest complaint was wait time. I arrived at 9:15 for 9:30 service and was taken in at 10am, complete at 11:55, but had to wait for check-out. I told work I would be there at 11:30, and arrived at 1pm instead after additional 1/2 hour to checkout.

As always, your work, and the work of your employees, is just excellent. My new crown is beautiful! While the area around it was a little sensitive for a day or so, I never needed to take Advil or anything. I wouldn't change a thing. All of you at your office are so good to us! Everyone I met was wonderful, but Anna-Belle was amazingly wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. She made my visit very pleasant and enjoyable.
Well, you sent this to Brad not Kaitlyn, so I filled it out for my last visit. Annabel is awesome!!!!! Now the bad part, WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY THAT KIM IS LEAVING, SHE IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF YOUR TEAM AND WILL BE MISSED!
My experience has been wonderful! Dr. Bowman is very knowledgeable and I am happy with all the cosmetic dentistry I received. His staff is great, and everyone strives to make the patient happy. I always felt taken care of. I would certainly recommend him to others!!
