Jennifer is great. She has really made my dental experience less stressful and I'm very glad to have her as a hygienist. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist and with each visit it get less and less. Great team. Friendly staff.

For such an extensive, expensive visit, this visit was not at all like the one for my upper restoration. I did not feel like a priority but an add- on appointment. Firstly, I was knocked off kilter by not having the same assistant whom I prefer and thought was going to be there for me this time. A level of trust had been established, and while I like the other just fine, I think that led to my feeling of isolation.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was always made aware of what was going on during the appointment. Every procedure was thoroughly explained.

Would love for staff to call me if hygienist is running over 20 mins late. Past two times I have waited 20-30m past my appointment time of 9:30. Previously you guys were on time for cleanings. I understand late on the other side of the office with fillings. And would like a simple sorry we are running late and you had to wait. Usually just sits down like nothing wrong. Simple apology goes a long way. I understand things happen.

First-class Dental Care I was very satisfied by the expert dental care I received at Dr. Bowman's office. The front office staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating as was my dental hygienist, Christina, and Dr. Bowman himself. Christina, in particular, is a real pro as she skillfully and thoroughly removed the horrible plaque and tartar that had built up all over my teeth and gums.
