I was extremely impressed with the level of service and commitment the staff has. Felt like I had someone in my corner rather than "just another dentist" completing work on my teeth.
I came back to Dr. Bowman and staff because I felt the quality of work was excellent and they all made a special effort to be helpful
I initially spoke with Annabelle on the phone when trying to decide whether to purchase a Groupon. She is the reason I was comfortable doing so, as I have never used Groupon for medical or dental needs. After speaking with her I was confident I would get good dental care. Not hitting someone with a $3,000+ estimate might help persuade clients. I'm a numbers guy and when I hear it's going to cost me more money for the same service as my fiancé was offered and accepted it kind of makes me feel uneasy. Your staff was great and the service was excellent but considering my last dentists prices weren't nearly as high I would probably say I'm more likely to go somewhere that is kind and friendly like yourselves but more on the affordable side.
