I appreciate Jennifer's telling me about the sonic toothbrush and the good offer you have. My mouth felt better after the first "brushing." I will be booking my appointment for the "first tier" cleaning as soon as a client pays her invoice. I am especially grateful to Kim and everyone for being mindful of my limited financial resources and expanded dental needs.

I was very impressed with all the staff I met and dealt with. It was as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could possibly be. And thanks for letting me opt out of further surveys. That is most thoughtful!

I love the staff and my dentist at this office. They do a great job and make me feel comfortable. My only issue is all the reminders they send me. Email, text messages, phone calls to both me and my mother, and post card style mailers that let anyone see when and where my appointment is at. Also, text messages after my appointment letting me know that they have spaces open...which I don't need to know because I have already had my appointment. Communication is great, but it needs to be reined in a bit at this level. Thanks!

Unfortunately for everyone, we have patients that enjoy the multiple reminders, and even request more....and then there are patients that don't like the reminders and only want a select few! We try to stick with a happy medium, and we are always willing to adjust individual patients reminders, like we just did for you! thanks again for coming in, and we will see you soon!

This was surprisingly enjoyable, and that coming from someone who kind of hates going to the dentist. Would absolutely recommend this practice to a friend or family member. It is apparent that there is a slight focus on what I'd call cosmetic dentistry, but both the hygienist and the doctor were not pushy at all when I explained my needs and purpose. I felt very comfortable and will be returning.

How long I wait to be seen is very important to me because it let's me know that people respect my time. If my appointment is at 10:30 I expect to be seen at 10:30 not 10:50. This is not a good first impression. But, overall the experience was very good.

We regret that you had to wait a while to be seen for your appointment, but Dr. Bowman has a "no rush" policy when working on patients, to make sure our patients our getting the best treatment while in the chair. Dr. Bowman understands that sometimes this may create a delay in seeing his next patient, but he would do the exact same thing for you!
