This was a consultation visit - I was referred to a dental surgeon and an endodonist - both excellent. I am waiting to hear from Dr. Bowman's office.

Donna was wonderful. She was kind, gentle, considerate, and very respectful of my needs. She was also great to talk to. Everyone was friendly and said hello. Dr. Bowman listened and took time to understand what I needed and answered all of my questions. I'm sorry I can't remember the billing woman at the front/check-out desk, but she did a great job of explaining things so I knew about of pocket cost and I won't have any unexpected costs. one comment. my cleaning is paid for twice a year by my insurance but they don't pay for the gum measuring procedure. I would like that done once a year as I realize their is value there. the video in the waiting room also recommends getting it done and said once a year is good. most importantly, on jump ball issues like once or twice a year, the response by the dental team in favor of a clients pockets goes millions of miles towards trust which is so very important for all future visits and future diagnosis. just my opinion... read more

Dr. Bowman and Susan are wonderful! With my temporary crowns they said I may experience pain and I have had none. They also made me feel very comfortable in a situation that is very stressful to me. Understanding and caring, I'm so glad I found such a great office!

My hygienist was very thorough in explaining to me what she was doing and her recommendations. I definitely felt like I needed to ask specific questions about the necessity of the procedures recommended. The explanations were rather general and I am still somewhat unsure as to how necessary they are. Cost was not addressed.
