It was a good visit and felt satisfied with my conversation with Dr. Bowman and staff.
The staff at Dr. Bowman's office went out of their way to treat my Mother with the kit gloves she needed in order to get back into a dentist chair after 20 years. Paige was wonderful and so accommodating with her. She helped put her at ease right away and let her express her fears and tears with no judgment, just understanding. Dr. Bowman is incredible. Great dentist. He was awesome. I feel like his staff might have a little bit of an ego issue, though. I think one way to improve would be to return calls by the next business day.
This was my first time going to Dr. Bowman's office. It was the first time that I had a cavity and it was very painless. I was given a topical numbing gel then 2 forms of Novocain-like treatment. I didn't feel a thing. The dental hygienist and Dr. Bowman made a great team, having conversation to get my mind off of the procedure, as well as explaining everything to me as we went along. I was a little disappointed that it will take about 6 weeks for me to get my new patient appt. I was told that a Living Social ad generated a lot of business and that is why I had to wait so long.
