Overall relatively good appointment. I was surprised at some of the negative findings. I did have more tooth sensitivity after my appointment was completed than I have ever experienced before, so that was a little disheartening. The whitening kit I received burned and caused pain in a tooth next to one of my front two teeth. I was only able to leave it in my mouth for less than 2 minutes. I have used whitening kits in the past and did not have that type of reaction. I am a little disappointed in the whitening kit

You guys saw me without an appointment and when it was realized I needed more work than anticipated, you did it right then-awesome! Letting me use Dr. B's ipod got me through that crown without drugs! Everyone at your office is always professional and courteous but more than that, you are caring and kind. I always tell anyone looking for a dentist to go to mine because you are the best!
Great experience. Like to hear my options and recommended treatment plan. Loved the high-tech photography/x rays. Also the explanation of what was being done during treatment was a first...like that too. Left knowing my tooth problem was corrected and was done properly. Love having a dentist I can really communicate with and also the assurance I am in very good care. Very professional experience!

Rachel is so friendly and professional. I was so impressed with her presentation of information. Obviously I spent the most time with her. Kim & Dr. Bowman were also very friendly & efficient.
my appointment time was 2:45 & I was not called back until 3:15...wait was too long & nobody told me why or explained to me they were running late.
