Please consider another pair of wire cutters. Susan and Page had to share one which slowed the wire installation process.
i really liked the mouth piece option that was given to keep you mouth open. this was the first time that I have even was given and made the process easier. the new dentist and hygenist was very friendly and took the time to make me feel relaxed. overall this was the best experience I have had with dental. thanks...jim
I enjoyed my visit. Although the price tag quoted to me seems rather high.
everyone here was great and I really like Dr.Bowman he took the time to talk to me about all my problems with my teeth and explain what we could do in order to make them look and feel great.

#4--I don't think I waited as long as 15 minutes but I don't recall. I really appreciated Rachel--she's absolutely the best hygenist I've ever had. She was so considerate of my sensitive teeth, always making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Also the detailed information was great.
Dr. Bowman, Thank you for the kind attention you and your staff showed me this morning. You did all the right things and were excellent in administering the novacain. (Due to my emotional upset re: loss of molar and impending extraction I feel bad today. :( I will be able to remark in a more positive light upon completion, and after I have gotten some needed sleep. Please order some magazines for your waiting area. The dental videos, books and magazines are offensive. I don't was to watch or read any of them. The best suggestion I could give is to have each of your staff sit in that waiting room for 30 minutes and ask yourself if you are satisfied with the materials, if you are bored and how would you like to pass that time waiting. People expect to have good reading material when they wait and for a first class office like yours, it is the only piece that falls short for me.
Excellent customer service. They eased my apprehension and i look forward to my future dental treatments with Dr. Bowman.
