RecommendedThey have been our vet for some time now and have always been good. But, the time came when we had to put our girl to sleep. The staff was absolutely amazing. They not only understood the assignment, but how it was delivered was just perfect. • they were able to see us on a Saturday, no questions asked and they made sure to get us in rapidly. • their demeanor towards the situation was so respectful and understanding. We were treated as people and not just another customer. Very big difference. • their care for our swe... read more
RecommendedWe are new to the town and it was hard to find a new vet. But we are so lucky to have found them. They were so kind with our new kittens and took the time to go over everything with us. Our wait time wasn’t long at all. We have found our family vet!!!💕
RecommendedPSA Spay/neuter your animals as soon as you possibly can! My ignorance to this type of infection, Pyometra, almost cost my sweet girls life. * To say the past few days have been a whirlwind would be an understatement. My poor baby presented with pyometra at home in the evening on Thursday. I had assumed she had an infection of some sort, but wasn’t sure what. RecommendedThey are always attentive to your pets. Friendly. Understanding and compassionate. I am very grateful to them. They are amazing.
RecommendedWe had to send our little old lady cat across the rainbow bridge recently and we are so grateful for the kindness and compassion shown by Dr. Kriss, Amanda and staff. Ninja was 19 and we adopted her as a tiny kitten, so it was one of the hardest things we've had to do, but the care and concern shown gave us comfort and eased the hurt.
RecommendedWe love advanced! They're always so sweet and responsive. Dr. Jones is the best at what she does and we truly believe she cares for our girl as if she were her own!
RecommendedI took my dog Starsky to vet a few weeks ago and his ears have been SO much better. I couldn't recommend them enough. Was super easy to get an appointment. They definitely look out for your pets needs.
RecommendedI love them they are all awesome at what the do and I am glad I have them They care about your pet and show throughout the life of your pet
Business response:
Hi Cynthia, Thank you so much for the great review. We are honored to care for your pet, and we can’t wait to see you next time.
RecommendedAt the beginning of this year, we lost our beloved pet Abby. From the moment I called Advanced Pet Care---when they urged me to get there immediately--- to the very end, these people were professional, caring thorough and knowledgeable. I have never been treated this well even in a "human" Dr's office 😢They not only cared for my pet, they cared for my husband and I. We were not expecting to lose Abby that day. From the person who answered the phone, to the techs and the doctors, everyone made us feel like the most important... read more
