I cannot say enough good things about this office and their staff. when my kitty, Scout, got sick, they were so very supportive and sympathetic. They tried all we could to help her, but eventually we had to make the decision to put her to sleep. The vet tech that answered the phone immediately changed her tone to a soft, caring one as soon as I mentioned euthenasia. they made the whole experience so much smoother, allowing me plenty of time to say goodbye. Thanks for taking such great care of Bubbles yesterday. Staff was great to work with they just made the experience wonderful.
They were wonderful with my 19 year old chihuahua during our last 6 months with him and when the time came to say goodbye. They showed great compassion to my family, including my daughters aged 11 and 13 when we had to make the difficult decision.
I had my sweet baby girl later two rest today advanced pet care went above and beyond two comfort us and walk us this hard time. They are a blessing I'll never forget
Took my 4 month old kitten to see Dr. Criss. Staff is very friendly. They were great w my kitten! Even great with my kids! Great place.
