RecommendedI showed up at the vet clinic with my Lily which was choking in an apple core( it was the closest vet clinic to my home) and Dr. Jenny took us right in and saved my dogs life! I used to go to another vet office that I did like until I started feeling like a bad dog parent because he's high energy when he's there no matter how much I work him before. Started coming here and they love him regardless, they understand my Hoss and they don't make me feel horrible. Hoss loves going and seeing them.
I have taken my pets here for 4 years. They are so wonderful. I feel like they love my animals as much as I do and that is worth every penny to me. My cat went through some health issues last year and Dr Jones went to great lengths to make sure we got the correct diagnosis. Dr Criss genuinely cares about my pets too. The staff is so kind and welcoming. I always enjoy making a stop there!
Dr. Criss has done a great job with my Sadie, and Dr. Jones was also great with our Marcy. Both genuinely love animals and very considerate of the many questions I come up with. It is obvious their assistants love their jobs, as well....Very good with my dogs. I will mention, at check out, feels impersonal and rushed to me. I am still a fan overall! If my dogs are happy and healthy, I'm happy.
Thank you for the "paw prints" in the mail today. You guys went above and beyond for us and our dog. A big shout out to Amy she was really helpful and made it a little easier for us to say bye to Beau.
