RecommendedI have taken my pets here for 4 years. They are so wonderful. I feel like they love my animals as much as I do and that is worth every penny to me. My cat went through some health issues last year and Dr Jones went to great lengths to make sure we got the correct diagnosis. Dr Criss genuinely cares about my pets too. The staff is so kind and welcoming. I always enjoy making a stop there!
Dr. Criss has done a great job with my Sadie, and Dr. Jones was also great with our Marcy. Both genuinely love animals and very considerate of the many questions I come up with. It is obvious their assistants love their jobs, as well....Very good with my dogs. I will mention, at check out, feels impersonal and rushed to me. I am still a fan overall! If my dogs are happy and healthy, I'm happy.
Thank you for the "paw prints" in the mail today. You guys went above and beyond for us and our dog. A big shout out to Amy she was really helpful and made it a little easier for us to say bye to Beau.
I recently had my Sadie Lynn put down because of kidney failure due to old age. And Dr Jones and the entire staff were so good to me. They gave me plenty of time to be with her and never rushed me. And I have got me a new puppy since and yesterday he was injured and I brought him in to be checked. Again they were so awesome and so caring.
