My kids have been coming since they were younger if it’s not a billing issue my appointments have been canceled saying Dr has something to do. Now my child was told he can’t come in after 3:30 because he is over 13 and my visit has been canceled for today. I took my nephew to the office on Alameda in Baltimore; appt was at 12pm; we arrived about 1145am, checked in then they asked us to wait. At 1.15pm I went to the window to check if they will call us anytime; I was told that it will be around 2pm; I asked why, and I was told that they had a lots of patients to see; at 2.05pm I went back to the window to ask when we will be seen; I was told that they were getting his station ready; we got called in at 2.15pm; when I asked the staff member if they take breaks, she informed me t... read more
The service area needs a facelift. Floors are filthy patient chairs are raggedy. Just not clean! Health department should have a visit. The staff is nice though🦷
This raggedy ass place and their incompetent staff should not be in service. They will waist every piece of your time just for the money. More specifically, Dr. Erin Mondesir. She’s a waste. She sends her little puppet Dwayne Coulter to handle all her dirty work that she’s very instrumental in fucking up. She never owns up to her mistakes nor does she offer to fix them. Adventure Dental & Orthodontics on The Alameda has to be the most unorganized, inefficient and asinine dental office I've ever visited. TWICE I have arrived, only to be told my son didn't have an appointment. Both times I showed the receptionists my confirmation emails and texts. I waited the extra 10 minutes for two people to search various screens to find my appt. (They didn't) Today I called to reschedule an upcoming appt and, of course, they couldn't find it. No my nephew has special needs ))anxiety and we walked into it open room with 20 chairs The staff was talking amongst their self .he waited in the chair after he was instructed to brush his teeth at least 20 minutes until he was done brushing his teeth sat back down was criticized about brushing his teeth .SMH
