I've been taking my children to orthodontist all over Baltimore County & City but amazingly Dr. Alan Savage & his team of stsff was finally able to get my children's insurance company to approve the necessary treatment needed for their teeth (2down & 2 more to go)

My experience at The Alameda located in Baltimore has been subpar . The receptionists are very unprofessional and lack the basic skill of booking and recording appointments. I would suggest never come to this location. The Dr and some of the hygienist are very good at their job , you just have to get pass the receptionist.
