We arrived for a 10 am appointment,taken back at 1135am,only to sit in a crowded exam room with four exam chairs. First appt with paper stuff to fill out,so I assume they anticipate extra time.The hygienist, started at 1150am.She didn't do anything wrong,but I knew she would not be patient with an anxious kid.And,she wasn't. The dentist, Dr Erin Mondesir, saved the day.She was WONDERFUL. Because my daughters grandmother asked if the dentist was ok to complete the procedure due to her coughing up a lung, the dentist got upset and only completed half of the procedure because she "felt offended because she asked such a question". What a joke. I will not be going back to this office or any other offices that are affiliated with Adventure Dental.

The office in the Alameda shopping center is the worst! I will be going somewhere else!
