I Love Adventure, They Got The Most Best Workers And They Sweet And Gentle
They can’t even get a patients gender correct. They can’t receive faxes. They can’t receive emails. After more than 5 attempts. They schedule follow up cleanings and appointments without your knowledge when they’ve never even seen inside your kids mouth. It’s extremely difficult to get ahold of any type of management. 0/10 rating and I definitely wouldn’t use them for dental. Tiny Teeth in Wichita has way better patient care and service.
I’m conflicted on this post. Normally, I have a great experience at Adventure Dental but this last visit has made me question whether I will have my kids return. Appointment was for 4 pm and was told to be there by 340. Arrived and filled out the paperwork for my kids. The kids weren’t even called back until 445. When I asked the hygienist why my kids were being seen so late, she got snappy and said we are busy.. you can reschedule your appointment if you want. Receptionist was extremely rude and behaved extremely unprofessional. My 3 boys and I waited an hour and half for our appointment and when I inquired of it… she slammed her folder or papers down and said “chairs are being flipped” … there were 10 people come in after us, that were seen and left while we were STILL waiting. The hygienists were rude as well. Dentist were very unprofessional. Made us feel like a burden. We drove over and hour to the office.
