Receptionist was extremely rude and behaved extremely unprofessional. My 3 boys and I waited an hour and half for our appointment and when I inquired of it… she slammed her folder or papers down and said “chairs are being flipped” … there were 10 people come in after us, that were seen and left while we were STILL waiting. The hygienists were rude as well. Dentist were very unprofessional. Made us feel like a burden. We drove over and hour to the office. I receive mediocre care for my 2 kids. Have called 6 times to ask about my sons glasses and 3 months later, they “have no idea where they are”. I catch attitude from the front staff on the phone and in person. I will Not be taking my boys back to this place. They have no clue what they are doing.

We had a bad experience with one of the techs at adventure on 21st & we won’t going back due to her negligence. She did 0 things to comfort my daughter or make her comfortable, she barely spoke to my daughter actually. Barely gave her directions on where to go what to do & what she was doing I was very disappointed. We didn’t even finish my daughters appointment we left due to her negligence. My daughter is 4 and had a bad experience at adventure during a cavity filling so she was anxious at her appointment following that. T... read more

My daughter has emotional social cognitive and communication as well as anxiety and this setting was just not for her you could not take her into a place where they're already going on other people and expect her to open her mouth

RecommendedThis staff is amazing! They bent over backwards trying to help us after the other office in town had to close unexpectedly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
