There is literally ALWAYS a problem EVERY TIME we come here so we have to wait 20-30 mins just to CHECK IN!! Their “1 parent only” policy is pathetic and it’s ALWAYS a hassle just to get seen. One of many reasons why I no longer come here. I feel bad for my little sister who has no choice but to come here.

we had a great first appointment with my baby girl and scheduled our next visit before we left for 6 months later for dental. they reminded us the importance of keeping our Saturday appt or else we wouldn't be able to schedule on Saturdays again. we showed up the morning of our appointment and the door was locked. we waited a little longer and it was still locked. we called the phone number and it went straight to voicemail. there was another woman waiting that kept checking the door as well. she eventually did come over to ... read more

Wish I could have stayed employed longer, especially for any parent that has special needs or developmental delay. I resigned.. due to hostile work environment! Lost the ultimate rat race at adventure dental... when I quit.

I took my kids to the one on 21 street and they were very nice and clean. 6 months later I took my kids to the one in parklane, and received horrible service from the hygienist. The actual dentist was very nice but I will never return because the hygienist was down right rude.
