Today, my son went in for a cleaning. But ended up needing a cavity filled and plaque removed... he seemed so relaxed with the laughing gas... he told me it only hurt a little bit... but I am over here in the chair having anxiety because that’s just me lol... Also they were very patience with me since I am deaf and read lips very well... they were great, nice and very helpful! Thanks to you guys!
Only experience with Orthodontist staff, my son is very shy & doesn't impress easily but Dr DuRussel & assistant, Hector, have been great, he really likes them & Hector makes my son feel comfortable. Thanks Hector!Thanks for such great service! Everyone is very friendly.
The staff is nice and welcoming, especially the vision staff. My son's like coming in for their check ups. Carla from vision is wonderful! Very friendly and great with kids!
My granddaughter is a patient here. she talks about the visits for days after, especially playing on the slide and toy machines in the lobby. The staff is nice and make her feel comfortable so she isn't nervous At the dentist or optometrist. It is the place to go for patient centered care.
