We had to have a rebuild done on our chimney. We called and Bonnie was awesome, they sent Brandon out the next day to look it over. The following week Brandon and Colby were out. They were very professional, and worked hard. What a wonderful job they did! They took away all the old bricks, and cleaned up after complete. Our chimney looks fantastic. I was thrilled to receive a return call from this chimney service. Other companies failed to respond to my messages about cleaning and safeguarding my wood stove before the cold winter arrives! Bonnie was able to set up an estimate within a week and they emailed me a formal quote and copy of their insurance policy soon after. This is the first time I used Affordable Chimney Sweep and I was so impressed. During a storm, my chimney cap fell off. The office staff was efficient and so easy to deal with when I called. The work was completed today (around my schedule!) and I could not be happier. The repair technicians were friendly and professional.
