They are awesome. I have recommended them to some of my friends around town.The guy who came to perform the work was very cautiousnot to makea mess. He made sure no debris came from the chimney onto my furniture. He was very punctual, responsive, and professional. I have been using their services for several years.

Good communication, a welcome exception to the rule. Contractors were on time, did their work in a neat, orderly and timely fashion. They were polite and clear about what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Only issue was that the inspector did not like the angle of the vent pipe from the furnace to the chimney and the furnace installer had to adjust that after the chimney contractor was done. Chimney cap with one tech took less than an hour. Flue liner with two techs took a couple of hours.

The estimating and work was laudable. Brian and his helper were polite, friendly and efficient. They cleaned all the soot and debris from the fireplace and the outer area. I was extremely pleased with their work. However, I was not pleased to be offered by the scheduling person, the day before the work was to begin, a discount of $50.00 for a cash payment. I believe this to be unprofessional at best and I was quite surprised. This gesture did not fit with the qualified, efficient company presented by the employees.

However the office manager thought you had asked for this, shortly after we found out that it was actually another customer that had asked for the discount. Thank you for your business though! The experience overall was great.They were able to send out a chimney sweep withintwo days togive me a quote.
