It was good before. Recently it is not helping me. I didn’t get any notifications at all. Called so many times. Every time, whoever attended the call said everything is good. No problem. But I didn’t get any notifications at all.
Kemar was very helpful in assisting me with my request. He was very patient and very knowledgeable with the questions I asked. I am happy that I spoke with him and he did a wonderful job.
I called a few times had very poor experience trying to connect with a representative until I got Elena on the phone. She is a GEM! she knows her product speaks clear and precise, and is willing to hold my hand and help me through the process of getting a good tenant in my house. Bravo! keep up the good work. If every representative there was like you, the productivity would increase 10 times
