my account was not cancelled after requested it to be about two weeks ago. The reason for cancelling it was too many scammers got a hold of my property pics and was selling it to rental listings and listing my prop for rent $1,400. they're making money on the appointment they supposedly made with the property owner and the prospectous tenant shows up with no real appt. This is very frustrating for everyone. Elena understood and helped with a refund for my account.
