Except for the initial musty smell in the downstairs apartment and the 4 o'clock check-in but 10 o'clock check-out everything was good
We had 12 guys stay at the property on a golfing trip and everything was perfect. Property was clean upon arrival, staff was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Great trip overall, we would definitely book with Affordable Large Properties again in the future.
We've stayed at the Grand Villas four or five times now and will do it again. Lots of room for 12 guys. Close to restaurants, Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting and all the great courses in North Carolina.

Place was clean and nice inside.
All interactions were pleasant and helpful, especially with our large group.
The house was everything we expected it to be. Very clean and location was perfect! We had a WiFi issue and maintenance was there the next morning right on time! I would definetly recommend this property and will make this my vacation spot whenever I visit myrtle beach again.
