Simply Amazing!! The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures showed when trying to find a place for my family to vacation. Every time I needed to make contact, my questions were answered without hesitation and in the most pleasant manner. The instructions upon arrival, during stay & checkout were clear and comprehensible. I couldn't have ask for a more beautiful and warm place to stay!! We are still talking about experience and can't wait to return.
The house was amazing the staff I spoke with super friendly great job already planning next year's trip!
FIRST TIME IN MYRTLE BEACH WE ENJOY EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE LODGING VERY NICE AND CLEAN APP WE ALREADY PLAN TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH AT SAME PLACE RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY LOOKOING FOR NICE,QUITE AND ENJOYABLE PLACE VERY CONVENIENT CLAUDE BLOUIN
The villa was spacious and clean. I liked the spacious closets as well. Appliances were working well and up to date.

The condo was clean and in good shape. Check-in and access to property was very easy and uneventful. I would recommend this property/condo I rented. The only glitch was the main tv access...though for those of us staying in the condo...having access to a working tv was not necessary and I didn't report the problem until our day of departure.
everything was great--unit was clean and comfortable-would have liked access to onsite pool but it only opened a few days before we left so we didn't go looking for our card. will certainly use again when down your way thanks
I had a wonderful time at the Coconut Grove Condo with a large group of under-25 year olds. Affordable Large Properties were always very responsive when I called with questions. Furthermore, they made paying the damage deposit and setting up the bed layouts very easy. Would stay at one of their properties again if heading back to Myrtle Beach.
The properties (203 & 403) were both fantastic. Both units were clean and accommodated our group of 16 perfectly. The location to the beach was ideal and made for a great vacation
