The condo was clean and in good shape. Check-in and access to property was very easy and uneventful. I would recommend this property/condo I rented. The only glitch was the main tv access...though for those of us staying in the condo...having access to a working tv was not necessary and I didn't report the problem until our day of departure.
everything was great--unit was clean and comfortable-would have liked access to onsite pool but it only opened a few days before we left so we didn't go looking for our card. will certainly use again when down your way thanks
I had a wonderful time at the Coconut Grove Condo with a large group of under-25 year olds. Affordable Large Properties were always very responsive when I called with questions. Furthermore, they made paying the damage deposit and setting up the bed layouts very easy. Would stay at one of their properties again if heading back to Myrtle Beach.
The properties (203 & 403) were both fantastic. Both units were clean and accommodated our group of 16 perfectly. The location to the beach was ideal and made for a great vacation
Fantastic!!. Our stay was seamless. Other than a slight problem with the wiFi the first day and the unexpected visit of someone wanting to change the light bulbs, perfect week. BTW, we did not let the individual in the condo
Place was clean. well furnished, kitchen well supplied and locstion was excellent..All 10 individuals were pleased, satisfied and well served by the unit.
I enjoyed my stay and everything was great for me and my family!!! Kids loved the place and setting.
