large condo with elevator - great place for family reunion. Negative side was that there were lots of flies in the condo when we arrived..........

We had our family vacation with 10 adults and 4 children. The unit we rented was exactly as shown in the pictures online. We all had plenty of room and the unit was equipped with the furnishings that allowed all of us to gather around for family games. We did have a couple of minor issues that Erik from the management company addressed to our satisfaction immediately. We will definitely be heading back next year.

Quickly repaired issues. Clean room and areas outside of room as well. Wjish there was more than one grill area and a regular pool for the kids.

Your property is amazing. We were only disappointed in things beyond your control. We arrived on June 10th to an unexpected senior beach week crowd that was extremely loud and annoying. They were revving up the engines of the scooters, playing loud music, and yelling until 3 or 4 in the morning. Thankfully it got better during the week but the acoustics in the home are not good because you hear everything outside. We had issues sleeping and didnt feel completely safe. Our well overdue family vacation was great. Everything was seamless, except when we arrived. The only downfall was the book in the room had false information from the email I received (regarding parking so it induced panic considering we had just drove about 12 hours) and the parking passes were not in the room as stated. When I called, and I am not sure who I spoke with, the guy was very rude and short. He was also very rude when he stopped by to drop off the parking passes.
