Awesome service - from the coordination of pick up (I bought my piano off of craigslist) to the delivery to our home. Highly recommend.
Super organized, timely, professional and reasonable. Frank took my call, set up pick-up and drop-off within minutes, and made the whole process easy and pain-less. Would definitely refer to anyone who needs help moving a piano safely and quickly!
Excellent and punctual service. Frank answered all questions and scheduled our appointment. I was given a 2-hour window the day before and a 30-minute warning right before they arrived. They were careful and quick. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. Punctual, their scheduler Mike was really friendly. He gave us 2 hours window and said the actual movers will call half an hour prior to pickup and delivery, which was exactly true. We love businesses that respect people's time. The movers were really polite, proper and efficient. They handled the piano with good care. And on top of it, their price was reasonable. Thank you
Wonderful, seamless experience from beginning to end. The follow-through was excellent, from the scheduling with Frank to the phone calls the day before and day of to finalize the delivery window. The entire team was fantastic with delivery - completely professional and kind, even though it was the day before Thanksgiving and they had been moving pianos all day and had to sit in traffic. Highly recommend them.
I used these guys 2x about a week ago. Both times the crew was professional, courteous, and careful with our pianos. Frank, the owner, clearly explained it was cash, cashiers check, or certified check only for payment and the procedure with calls the day before to advise of pickup window, and a call 30 minutes before to advise they were on their way. Called Frank on a Monday and had the piano delivered on Friday! He worked us into the schedule, which was very nice! Happy with the movers and the price! I would recommend them to friends who need to move pianos.
Great service. They were in constant communication to confirm the appointment, and a notifying me where they were before arrival. They had everything they needed to professionally and carefully move the piano. I was impressed with the speed and care they used. I would not hesitate to use them again.
They were absolutely great- so easy to work with from the phone appointment to delivery. Took excellent care and concern with my Baby Grand... everything was flawless and I highly recommend :)
