The whole office seems to run more efficiently since Covid, and I went from test to test to doctor’s visit with little time in between. Dr. Gray is very thorough and explained things well. The technician who did my pressures for glaucoma was excellent as well, and it was by far the easiest time I had with that. I previously had Dr. Smith, but I’m very happy with Dr. Gray as his replacement.
Dr. Potter is very easy to talk with. Explained the tests that they did so that I understood. I had been seen by Dr. Smith for years before he retired, and am very comfortable that he left me in good hands with Dr. Potter. I would recommend him very highly.
First time meeting him. Very impressive and knowledgeable ~ previously saw Dr Smith. Everyone friendly and courteous. Top notch!
The staff prior to seeing Dr Potter were excellent as well. Top notch practice!
The North Augusta office is very convenient, and Dr. Potter is very nice and thorough. He also takes plenty of time to ensure you understand the outcome of your exam.
Dr. Greer actually took the time to sit and answer all my questions and reassured me about the entire cataract surgery. He also explained to me that I had pressure on my eyes which I was not aware of and had no knowledge of and had just been to another doctor and had and eye exam within a week and a half. Aiken Ophthalmology was also able to get me an appointment later that same day due to due to Dr Greer having a cancellation. Doctor Potter put me at ease about my eye injury and prescribed a medication to heal it.
Dr. Gray was extremely thorough and addressed my concerns. The best experience I have had at an eye doctor visit before!
Office visit was excellent. There was little waiting time and the staff was very good. They go out of their way to be mindfull of my disability. Dr. Patheja has done a good job helping me maintain my vision including cataract surgery and now fighting off macular degeneration. He does a good job of explaining my medical condition.
