My technicians Adrian and Manny were very friendly and polite. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were timely and quick once at my house with performing the service. They never tried to sell me services I didnâ� � t need that were unrelated to my current issue. I am very happy with the work that Santiago and his colleague did. I had my A/C and dryer vents cleaned. They were on time, courteous, efficient in the work that they did. I had an excellent experience with this company, from calling to get a quote, to scheduling an appointment, to having the actual work done. I would and will definitely recommend this company.
Promptness and manifestation of professional experience
My a/c started freezing up and they were able to send a tech the same day. After scheduling, technician kept in contact regarding his eta. When he arrived, he always wore a mask and was very professional. He was able to diagnose and repair the a/c very quickly.
Ask questions. Know exactly what the technician will do before he arrives. I got the outside coils cleaned and the technician tried to only spray clean without removing the cover from the unit. I had to tell him that I requested that the cover be removed for a thorough cleaning. He complied. If I had other supervised the job would not have been done properly.
