My a/c started freezing up and they were able to send a tech the same day. After scheduling, technician kept in contact regarding his eta. When he arrived, he always wore a mask and was very professional. He was able to diagnose and repair the a/c very quickly.

Ask questions. Know exactly what the technician will do before he arrives. I got the outside coils cleaned and the technician tried to only spray clean without removing the cover from the unit. I had to tell him that I requested that the cover be removed for a thorough cleaning. He complied. If I had other supervised the job would not have been done properly.

My A/C stopped running and they came to repair within a few hours. Technician knew exactly what to do and fixed it in no time. Very professional. He was wearing a mask the entire time. Cleaned up after finishing. Would definitely call again.

I would give them a great rating all the way through. Very easy to communicate from the very beginning. Elio, their AC technician was very knowledgeable about the specific problem we encountered and was able to complete the job very efficiently.
