Respectable service personnel!
The service time was quick and prompt. I believe the ductwork was properly sanitized. Rita was lovely. But, they should be requesting permission for services that they are charging for before they perform the work. And I understand that 2 of 4 vents were put back in upside down and one had to be corrected by the tenant.
Conducted service professionally. All vents cleaned and dryer vent repaired to operate better than before. ?
Completed work on time. I am happy with the service and speed.
