This complaint is solely about the service department. It is because of them I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again despite how much I enjoyed the sales team and how helpful they were. I dont even know where to begin besides stating that this business is run by a toxic father and son that are not owners and are unethically running this business not only disrespecting, insulting and cheating their customers they are the same to their employees. They are homophobic, racist, and sexist. They hike up prices when you get thier in person regardless of add ons, they advertise on the website false information.
