If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Brought my Jeep 2016 in due to it just shutting off while driving and the air coming off and on intermittently. They next day I hadn't heard from them so we call to find out they have no idea where my Jeep is. It took us threatening to call it in stolen before they found it. Then they only fixed the engine oil leak (under power train warranty) and tries to charge us 140 for the diagnostic.... umm no! Then didn't even get home before the engine light came on again. THIEVES... OUTRIGHT STEAL FROM THE DISABLED AND ELDERLY GENERAL MANAGER = Coye Pointer MVP -MOPAR VEHICLE PROTECTION = $599.99 CON/RIP OFF, as dealers service dept just "CHOOSES" not to do work that is prepaid for under these plans. Walk away. Just walk away. This is the worst dealership I have ever seen. Horrible and unprofessional. I can't speak as to how bad this place is.

I brought my jeep here to handle two recalls a couple of years ago - a clock spring in the steering column and an airbag replacement. After dropping the car, they called back and said that they were out of the airbags (despite having booked the service appointment only after having confirmed availability). So, Airpark just replaced the clock spring - and botched it. The turn signal, which was working perfectly when it was brought in, no longer automatically turns off after the turn is completed. What normally would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete the Zaktec paint protection has taken nearly 5 hours. Live too far to Uber home as I also figure they'll call as soon as I walk in the door. Lesson learned to make other arrangements. They really don't seem to care. It took me 3 try's to setup appointment in the first place. BAD Customer Service!
