I had amazing experience the last 10 years with the sales side and the 3 Jeeps I have bought from them. The one star goes entirely to their service department. I have had numerous not so pleasant experiences were I have waited up to 3 hours for just an oil change that I had an appointment for. They sometimes forget you are in their lobby so who knows how long it actually took your car to be looked. Made a 7:30am appointment, 5:30pm they not even looked at it and had since of responsibility to get it in. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had in 57 yrs

Turn around and avoid the painful experience. How is it that dealer service departments stay in business being a trainwreck of communication with poor customer service? I had appointment for vibration at high speeds on my company car (2019 Jeep Cherokee). I drove into the reception area to experience a "keystone cops" scenario of staff not knowing what's going on. When you have to take the time out to write a Yelp review over TELEMARKETING CALLS- it's BAD. The NON-STOP, CONSTANT calls are so bad that it literally costs you a sale. I literally went to LARRY H. MILLER because of the constant calls and disregard for the many requests for them to stop. I get the 'pro-active' sales and follow up but the stupid Indian "car warranty" people aren't even as bad as you guys! Someone in upper management needs to look into this.

10/25/2020 - My 2019 Ram was towed to their service department on Saturday for an electrical issue (truck only has 14k miles). I get a call from them when the got it and said they would check it out Monday morning. 10/27/2020 - I called Monday afternoon to follow up and I get "Jason's" voicemail and he gives his cell number to reach him, I leave him a message and later call his cell which was disconnected. The irony that they refer to themselves as the "service department" is laughable. There are at least 5 other Jeep dealerships within a 30 minute drive. Two words about Airpark Jeep service department. JUST. DONT.

If you want non stop sales calls from this place, stop by and give your number. That was my mistake. Multiple requests to management asking to stop calling have resulted in zero action. I wouldn't trust a place that doesn't respect my privacy. Go somewhere else.

never go here they jack you around, and then lie about it. do not have the trucks they add. this place cost me 5 days dicking with them. THEY ARE A JOKE. Tell you they have this truck and after 4 days try to bump you up to a higher price truck.... LIE,, AND JUST A JOKE..
