I'm a security manager working in Sacramento but living in the Bay, I went to my car after lunch and saw I had a flat tire. I called AJ's Towing and a young man named Raheen showed up and got straight to work. He changed my tire which I could have done, however, it was his attitude and his personality that got my attention. Breaking down 200 miles from home. On the freeway with my 11 year old was devastating. Ajs towing was the only tow company to come get us. Tristen, who is one of the drivers who came to pick us up. She was friendly, very helpful, and explained everything she was doing while lifting my car onto her truck. I want to give thanks to the company. And huge thanks to tristen for driving so far to pick us up and bring us home safely.

It's never a good time when you need roadside assistance and especially when it's two days in a row. I left work at the end of a long, hot day and found another flat tire after having replaced the same tire the day before. Geico hooked me up with AJ's Towing and Dakota was my tow operator. He was having his own bad day but was still cheerful, professional and kind. I really appreciated his efforts to reassure me that all would be well. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Dakota!

Thank you Aj's Towing for saving me! The first tow company that came said they could not tow my husband's car to the Chevy dealership because our driveway is slanted. When Aj's arrived, the driver was Dakota and he was literally like MacGyver. He got into the car in less than 2 minutes and got it started right up. He drove it right onto the flatbed of the tow truck in no time. He even got the trunk open so I could get my husband's phone out of it. My work truck broke down on the first 100 degree day of the year. AJs towing was able to meet me within an hour and towed me 100 miles back. My driver Ajmal was quick with the tow and good company on the ride back.

On Monday I was leaving to do some errands and as I got into my car it would not start. I called my Geico insurer and they connected me with AJ's Towing, my tow was dispatched out and I got a tow driver name Dakota. Dakota called me when he was in my community and said he was arriving, on arrival I mentioned to Dakota that a may only need a jump so he "replied I will try to jump your car first" which he did. Today I was leaving for work and realized my tire was flat. I had requested a tow through my insurance and the original ETA was 90 mins. Dakota showed up within 30, had everything you could need from waters to chargers, good music and was very quick and personable. He helped make a bad situation so much better. He communicated what he was doing so I knew what to expect. The folks at AJs towing need to give this man a raise!! Thank you so much Dakota!

They were fast and affordable. I called them at 6:30 am and they sent a driver right away. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
