I've used AJ's Towing twice within two days, both for battery-related issues. The first was a straight replacement of my dead battery; the second was the revival of my wife's battery. Amin was super-helpful, walked me through the problems and solutions, and was prompt, professional and personable. Highly recommend!

We are Good Sam Members and called to have a tire changed on our travel trailer. The first guy that came out from USA Roadside Service was rude and disrespectful so we told home to leave. I called Good Sam back and they sent out AJ's Towing Service. WOW, the technician, Ismale, was FANTASTIC. He was polite, helpful, quick and did a wonderful job. Last night my vehicle hit large debris on the highway , causing my front-right tire to go flat within 20 seconds. I pulled over to the side of the road, and AJ Towing happened to be there, helping another car. I'm embarrassed to say that in my stress and panic, I never got his name, but he came running over to ask if he could be of assistance. When our car started having mechanical issues, roadside sent AJ's Towing to tow us from Dixon to the service center in San Rafael. Abdullah was the driver and he was amazing! The tow truck had a huge cab with room for 4 passenger, but it was just my wife, infant, and I. Not many companies have a truck with room for more than 1-2 passengers. That was amazing. Abdullah was the best driver we could ask for.

I called AJ's Towing after my car wouldn't start. They got a truck there within 15 minutes, and their tow truck driver Jay was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I ended up only needing a jump instead of a tow, and after a quick call to their office, they changed the charge on my credit card right away (I had pre-paid for a tow). These guys are excellent and I'd definitely use their services again.

Awesome service. Locked my self out of my vehicle, they where there in 20 minutes and had me in now time. Price was good and the driver was clean. The only problem was the driver kept trying to sell me a different vehicle, I don't know if it was just him or if the company pushes this. Quick service but annoying banter.

I had a really great experience! It was a very hot 100 degree weather day. I felt like they were experts & knew what they were doing! They took great care of my tesla and made sure it made it safely to Rocklin Tesla! THANK YOU!!

I had a blow out on the freeway it was so scary omg but AJ came so fast helped me back on the road in less then 15 mins they are awesome!! I appreciate you guys so much I'll never forget you guys !!! Thank you again

Jay towed my MB today. Was a difficult set up. Jay was patient and took a thoughtful approach. He talked me through the process and was deliberate in moving my car from my driveway to a position where it could be towed. I had low clearances and no steering. He did an awesome job! THANKS JAY!
