Great service. Someone broke into my car and I thought I needed a tow and Raheen was there in 20 minutes. Very personable guy. My car was stuck in a parking garage and was unable to even be put in neutral. We were worried the truck wouldn't meet the clearance requirement for the garage. We walked to my car after having parked the truck. Raheen pulled out his portable jump box and gave me a jump. What I thought would cost me $500+ dollars ended up costing me just $150. Raheen was a professional in his job and made the whole towing experience a pleasant one. I drive a Tesla and I have only heard horror stories but Raheen was quick, positive and had a great can-do attitude that made towing easy and painless. Even when he didn't know the answer, he has a great team behind him to quickly answer questions and get us going. He was great to work with and I definitely recommend calling AJ's to tow Teslas.

Fort of all is like to start by saying that I so disappointed to even be writing this review because my BRAND NEW MODEL Y took a crap on me 4 days after having it. But that has nothing to do with Raheen of AJs towing. After some brainstorming and wiggling he was able to get my car on the dolly and taken off into to darkness hopefully making it to the dealer without issue. He was genuine and cared about my car. Had my subaru towed to the dealership by them. The process was quick, straightforward and very easy. Cheaper then other tow companies. Saved over $100.

Raheen called multiple times to tell me his e.t.a which was refreshing since I was hot and tired, the response time was 30min to my surprise since another company quoted me double their price and time line of 2-3 hrs, will definitely be using them again Thank you Lakisha S

I received great service tonight from this company. Raheen was amazing!! the response was quick, communication was very clearance kept me updated. I was concerned because my flat tire happened on the freeway however he was able to assist me and keep us both safe while doing so he was very nice and reassured me everything was going to be all right thank you again for your service.
