I'm excited to have the insurance but I'm not happy that the first time I used it for everything that was supposed to be partially covered nothing was refunded. I was also supposed to get a free first exam which I also didn't get. I will say that it has made me second guess whether I will be keeping it at this point. I feel like I was tricked into getting insurance with loopholes that duped me into a plan that's not going to cover anything
