I was with ADT for eight something years and when my sensor quit working they sent me the sensor & glue instead of sending out a technician to help. My technician Kevin Quesenberry with Alert 360 was awesome and so helpful and made my experience so simply and easy. Hasn't been a question asked that he couldn't help me with. Everyone should reach out to Alert 360 for their security service.
The two technicians were polite and helpful. The service is great-convenient and timely. I was disappointed that the fib could not be tied into the garage door opener though. Thanks!
