I was with ADT for eight something years and when my sensor quit working they sent me the sensor & glue instead of sending out a technician to help. My technician Kevin Quesenberry with Alert 360 was awesome and so helpful and made my experience so simply and easy. Hasn't been a question asked that he couldn't help me with. Everyone should reach out to Alert 360 for their security service.

remote quit working. ordered a new one. when technician came out he found it wasn't the remote and just had to reset the system. saved me $65 and I'm so thankful. even showed me what to do if it happens again. thank you so much.
