Arrived on time and called 30 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way. Was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Explained the problem to us and corrected it. He tested alarm system before leaving to be sure it was properly working. Highly recommend the Alert 360 team!

Alert 360 has awesome customer service. My whole system from another company crashed and Alert 360’s technician, Josh, worked until the problem was resolved then had a 3 hour drive home. Thank you for your defication👍👍👍👍

Each contact with the monitoring desk has been helpful , courteous and informative. I have had no problems with the equipment. The initial installer was extremely helpful and no problems with my service. The serviceman , Jeffery, who came to install my additional equipment did a great job, and was friendly and courteous.
