installer was very friendly and knew what he was doing. cleaned up after he was finished. didn't need to do any thing after he was gone.

Great experience! Tech was very patient and helpful. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions to ensure I understand everything. And then i have to play with the system while they're there and available for questions.
