We had Ms. Sophia Gonzales come by our home and explained the security system to us. She was very polite and helped us decide on what we needed for our home. She is truly a great asset to your company and was very pleasant to talk to. We had the installer come by and the young man by the name of Mike was very professional in his work and explained on how to use the equipment. Thanks to Ms. Sophia Gonzales and Mike we are now enjoying peace of mind. Thank you again
It is certainly gratifying to be able to resolve problems dealing with misunderstandings before they become major concerns. Thanks to the positive attitude of Mr. Jimmy Arevalos what could have resulted in an ugly disagreement turned out to be a pleasant experience. I have had 360 for 3 years now. The service has usually been good but for what I pay I think that I should have more of the new services like the newbies were offered.

Changed from Vivent to 360. ------UPDATE-------- There were issues, but in the end they were able address the concerns. I would recommend 360.
