The system has never worked after repeated attempts for the company to eliminate our problems. We never use the system and we are held hostage by our contract.

Signed up with alert 360 in 2016 , service was good . We moved in 2017 and was told that we would have to restart our contract to get the equipment installed. I asked the person is there anyway we can keep our contract term vs restarting the contract . I was told no! So we renewed our contract . We are moving again and I read my paperwork this time and my contract does not mention anything about the resetting of a contract if moving. Check reviews elsewhere. After jumping through hoops to terminate my account with CSG, at the END OF ITS TERM, including both written and phone notices, they continue to draw money from our bank account. Worse yet, there are many reviews online that show they do this to many customers after the accounts are closed. Please consider filing complaints with the Federal Trade commission, and consumer division of the Texas State Attorneys General Office, or this dishonest company will continue to steal money from customers.

Last year we upgraded our security system over a few months. The initial install was for cameras, continue security monitoring and other items. Over a few months, September - November 2017, we added other items as well to our contract. Our home security contract was taken over from BSG to CSG a few months ago. I called CSG last week because two of the five cameras installed were not working properly. A tech came out Monday April 9, 2018 and when he saw we had a LUX system, I was told we do not do this. For 20 years I have dealt with MEN in the security alarm field as treasurer of our church. ADT totally ignored me when I repeatedly reported problems including numerous false alarms that began costing the church $150 EACH due to the frequency. The church finally voted to terminate ADT after more than 20 years. That is when we learned that the POINTS on the outdated OLD system that was never updated in 20 years were BAD...and ADT began to harass me! If all sales people were as nice and professional as Sofia Gonzales no one would ever mind dealing with them. My wife and I met her at a home show and made an appointment for her to come to our home. She followed up and made sure we were aware of when she would arrive and when she was delayed just a few minutes she even called to let us know she would be a few minutes later and that she had not forgotten us.
